At Domi Outdoor Living, we want you to love your outdoor space. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and pack all components, hardware, and instructions into the original shipping boxes to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger patio structures.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
