How long does shipping take for gazebos and pergolas?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Due to the size of our outdoor structures, freight delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do you offer a warranty on your furniture?
Yes, we provide a standard 1-year limited warranty on all furniture and a 3-to-5 year warranty on specific hardtop gazebo roofs and frames against manufacturing defects.
Is assembly required for the items I purchase?
Most of our products, such as gazebos and patio sets, require assembly. We provide detailed instruction manuals and all necessary hardware. For complex structures, we recommend at least two people for the setup process.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
